The Kura Income Fund (UGX) charges a management fee of 2% per annum, the Kura Dollar Fund charges a management fee of 2% per annum, and Private Wealth Management charges a management and performance fee of 2.6% per annum.

The funds are open-ended, allowing clients to initiate a withdrawal at any time. Unit trusts are valued daily, and redemption proceeds are paid to the client’s bank account within three business days.

To open an account, you will need:

  • National ID (for Ugandans) or a government-issued ID / passport (for non-nationals)
  • A passport photo
  • Proof of a bank account (a bank statement or cancelled cheque)
